Products returned after the return window may not be accepted.

Return Process

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Since we operate with Cash on Delivery only, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or another mutually agreed refund method

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the issue for verification purposes.

After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
